Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing VISIONary Productions. We take pride in delivering high-quality educational experiences, curriculum, and consulting services that empower communities and inspire growth. Please review our refund policy below:

All Sales Are Final

All payments made for bookings, digital products, curriculum, on-demand courses, and event services are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of our planning, customization, and preparation for each engagement and product.

Deposits and Booking Fees

• A $50 deposit is required for all service bookings (including author visits, workshops, and consultations).

• This deposit is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled service date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Each school or organization is allowed one reschedule per service, based on availability.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and deposit.

Digital Products and Courses

Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for digital products, downloads, on-demand courses, or curriculum materials.
