Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Within the U.S.

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS or UPS, depending on size and delivery location. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. VISIONary Productions is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

No International Shipping (at this time)

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We look forward to offering international delivery in the future!
